We work with registered plumbing businesses on an exclusive basis — one request goes to one business, delivered by email with POPIA consent recorded. Tell us which suburbs you cover, which of the four job types you want, and your PIRB registration or IOPSA membership.

Municipal requirements and standards change, and we would rather be corrected than be confidently out of date. Send the page and what is wrong with it, and we will fix it or remove it.

What we cannot do by email
Being clear about this saves everyone a round trip.
- We cannot quote you a price. Only the plumber who inspects the job can.
- We cannot dispatch anyone to an emergency in real time.
- We cannot issue a certificate of compliance — only a registered plumber can.
- We cannot intervene in a dispute about work already done, because we are not a party to that agreement.
- We cannot advise on your insurance claim; your insurer's wording decides that.
Emergency
If water is running right now
Close the main stopcock, switch the geyser off at its isolator, and switch off the electricity if water is near any fitting or the distribution board. Then send a quote request and mark it as an emergency.
